Refund policy

At The Refined Luxury , we are committed to ensuring the highest standards in customer satisfaction and product quality. Due to the nature of luxury and pre-loved items, all purchases are considered final unless they meet the criteria outlined below.

 



Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if an item is received and found to be not as described. Examples of this include:

  • Missing inclusions explicitly listed on the product page.

  • Significant discrepancies in condition grading.

In such rare cases, our team will first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the customer. If the issue cannot be resolved, a free return will be accepted, subject to verification.

 



Conditions for Return Eligibility

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and returned in the exact condition received.

  • All tags must remain attached, and the original packaging must be undamaged.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence that supports your claim.

  • If the item shows signs of use, wear, or tampering, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

 



Non-Returnable Items

  • All customised items are final sale.

  • Pre-loved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive not as described.

 



Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of the item being received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds will be issued via card reversal or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.



Return Shipping

  • We cover the return shipping cost only for approved cases where the item is not as described.

  • Prepaid return labels are currently not provided, but instructions will be sent upon return approval.

  • While we assist in tracking and recovering any packages lost in transit, we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return process.

 



Abuse Protection Clause

To protect the integrity of our store and suppliers:

 

  • The Refined Luxury LLC reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate patterns of misuse, including excessive return requests, fraudulent claims, or returning used items under false pretenses.

  • In such cases, future purchases may be restricted or account access limited.

 



Governing Law

This Return & Exchange Policy is governed under the applicable laws of:

  • Malta (for EU transactions), and

  • United Arab Emirates (for GCC transactions).
